Doctors training in Facial Plastic Surgery fellowships, Otolaryngology, Plastic, Maxillofacial holding an MD degree, Ophthalmic surgery, Dermatology or equivalent who have interest in facial plastic surgery.

Nomination by 2 EAFPS member (mentor or supervisor) + Curriculum Vitae + Written evidence of training status (Letter of Chair).
