Rishi Mandavia
Chair, EAFPS Juniors
ENT Registrar in London and Managing Director of Drs Tatiana + Rishi Advanced Aesthetics. Dr Mandavia qualified from King’s College London School of Medicine, holds an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship, a Master’s in Health Policy from Imperial College London, and a PhD in health economics from UCL. A Key Opinion Leader in non-surgical aesthetics and co-founder of the London Advanced Aesthetics Fellowship.
Veysel Berber
Communication Lead
Senior ENT resident at Ege University Otorhinolaryngology Department, Izmir, Turkey, with a special interest in facial plastic surgery. Veysel has participated in national and international meetings throughout his training and co-organised the 14th Turkish National Facial Plastic Congress and the 1st Virtual Meeting of EAFPS.

Pan-European cross-sectional study of Rhinoplasty
The EAFPS Junior Committee led a landmark collaborative study an overview of Rhinoplasty practices: European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, collaborative cross-sectional study published in the Facial Plastic Surgery journal.
41,259 rhinoplasties. 115 surgeons. 33 countries.
The largest published rhinoplasty dataset to date, providing a pan-European overview of practices to guide clinician and patient decision-making. This study showcases the power of collaborative research across borders and the role EAFPS Juniors play in advancing the specialty.
