IFFPSS United International Certification Application

The new IFFPSS certification process has now been running successfully for a couple of years now and as the application process and eligibility criteria have now been formalised, I thought I would update you on this. Notably, it has changed significantly from prior years so it is important that all potential applicants are aware of these differences. IFFPSS certification is now a global certification process allowing standardisation of the individual member association’s applicant’s credentials. All applicants from the member societies (the EAFPS being one of these) will need forwarding by the individual Credentials committee. Essentially the process involves presentation of 100 consecutive Facial Plastic cases (50 performed over each of two years) that are peer reviewed together with the standardised IFFPSS application form. These cases must have been performed over a two year period in independent practice.
